Episode 54: Choose Carefully What You Eat with Herma de Villiers

The guest for Episode 54 is Herma De Villiers from South Africa.
She is an adventurer at heart and have taken life on as one!
The knocks and bumps that happened are all part of the journey.
She has a son who was a gift on her 40th birthday.
He is a real gentleman and she has set him free to live his life!
Herma was alone for 12 years after being married for 26 years. The narcissistic behavior of her ex only surfaced when Sebastian (her son) was born. He wanted all the attention and she could not give him all the attention. That is when the subtle abuse and gaslighting happened.
When she looked back over those years, her divorce was a gift!
It took a long time for her to discover herself again, but God is gracious.
When she left things in His loving Hands, He works on her behalf.
In Covid, she met a lovely man, Franco. They decided to become good friends and see where life take them. They got married on the 5th of March 2022.

She has struggled with her health all of her life. In 2012 she had back to back surgery, her body was shutting down quickly and she almost died. It was through that journey that she embarked on taking care of herself physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. A couple of years after surgery Kangen Water found her and it was a life changing experience. After 3 years into drinking this special Ionized water and it changing her life. She decided to share it with all. She changed her water and it changed her life!! A couple of years later Healy frequencies found her and she added a new tool in her healing journey tool box.

Episode 52: Uncovering The Treasures Within You with Yulia Polyakina

The guest for Episode 52 is with Yulia Polyakina from Cyprus. She is a Breathwork Coach and a Compassion Inquiry Practitioner. After graduating law school, she worked as a business lawyer in Paris.  The relentless work rhythm left her burnt out and questioning her purpose. She left everything behind and set out on a journey in search of her way back home to herself.
 
On that journey, she found conscious connected breathwork (or re-birthing). It helped her uncover blocks and memories stored in her body, all the way back to her birth. Yulia then trained as a Breathwork Mentor to help others and did a Foundation in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University.  
 
Recently, Yulia completed her training in Compassionate Inquiry by Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur – a somatic psychotherapeutic approach that uncovers layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of physical mental illness and addiction. She am now honoured to support people using this approach.
